Sales Application and Support:
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to Robinson Empire's terms and conditions of employment opportunities.
Employment Terms:
Upon hiring, I agree to work for Robinson Empire as an independent contractor, not as an employee. I am responsible for paying all my taxes in the respective country, city, and region in which I reside. I agree to provide Robinson Empire with all the documents requested for my hiring process. I understand that my profile must be verified as a contractor on the Robinson Empire platform before hiring.
Sales Assignment:
As a Robinson Empire contractor, my only assignment is to sell subscription packages on a commission basis, which varies depending on the subscription package deals. I am not allowed to collect any form of online payments (credit card, check, cash, etc.). That includes direct store/manufacturer sales visit; all payments have to go through the website or Robinson Empire customer service headquarters.
Advertising and Promotion:
I am not allowed to promote, create or display any form of advertising materials, or host any event under Robinson Empire LLC (name) without written consent or approval from Robinson Empire.
Contract Termination:
I understand that Robinson Empire reserves the right to terminate my contract anytime.
Confidentiality:
I am not allowed to discuss or share any of the company's confidential documents, software programs, or personal data to other companies/organizations or individuals. By breaking these terms and conditions, I will be subject to prosecution or legal proceedings in the respective countries of which I reside. I will be responsible for all litigation fees related to the terms and conditions
